wow, i'm suprised. What you've described in regards to fatigued eyes, tense jaw and irratic breathing from a tense abdomin are the same experience i have with my glasses, and immeadiately when i take them off, viola, they're gone! It is nearly impossible for me to be stressed without my glasses, thank you for the tip on the shoulders. And focusing on breathing, i used to do that and likewise benefited, but stopped because i felt like such a hassle.

I've noticed that my problems with my glasses would go away while wearing them largely when i am drawing (lots of movement), when i exercise (effects breathing rate) or if i concentrate on breathing for a bit.

And i have being noticing this for a few years, and the eye doctor's i've spoken with look at me as if i am crazy, i have an appointment with a Bate's practitioner and look forward to getting rid of my glasses in the future. On my own i managed to reduce the blurriness but never improved my vision.

gotta go, cheers.
