Thank you so much for the advice Sassy. I have been looking into eye teachers since reading your post on it, but have been struggling to find anyone. Thanks for letting me know about the workshop in London, I will look into this more and I will most likely attend if it is at a suitable time. Thanks for your comment and advice it is much appreciated :)

Hi Kelly,

I'm so happy to see that you're looking into the Eyebody Method. I think you'll find it has an interesting perspective on vision improvement. I wanted to let you know that the book provides a great overview but does not give very many specifics on how to work on conscious depth perception. He states that it's best to work with a teacher who has been trained in the Eyebody Method. I just wanted to let you know this so you can maybe start keeping an eye out for a teacher in your area. Also, my sister lives in England and said that there will be an Eyebody workshop in London sometime in May. I wanted to let you know in case it was something you are interested in - she may be going to this. I'm new to this method but I would be happy to share what I've learned from my teacher.

Also, I've read through your posts on the Wai diet and it's very intriguing- I'll be interested to see how it works for you.
