Always interested in looking into new books. The Eyebody is something you have to go to a retreat for so I never pursued it. I found a technique by someone that I have been trying with some success although it teaches differently to Bates in that you have to build up muscle strength in your eyes. I did Bates for years with a very experienced teacher, which is very good but hard work. I haven't had any experience of the Eyebody material, but I do like the work of Leo Angart, whose book I found on ebay. This is similar to Bates, but I find it much easier to do, and it is working well for me. I particularly like the energy exercise which makes my eyes feel good whenever I do it. All the best.
