Hi,
I am the author of Muscular Retraining for Pain Free Living. I happened upon your blog when I was googling for something related. I am interested in what you said about eyesight. I have a few ideas about how to relax the eyes and vision, as well as some simple exercises that really work to relax the eyes. The eyesight in my right eye has improved to the point where I don't need eyeglasses for a drivers license. My eye doctor says it is coincidence and sometimes it "just happens" to people in their 50s. Maybe he's right, but maybe he's not. Anyway, there are other health benefits from learning how to relieve chronic muscle tension from the eyes. If you want to know about this then send me an email, and I'll tell you what I know. It might take a while to return your email, but I will eventually.
Also, if you are still having trouble with any of the exercises in my book? Maybe I can give you a few simple pointers.
Kind regards,
Craig Williamson

I'm not sure what eyesight problems you are referring to, but myopia is usually determined during childhood growth and is not reversible as far as I know. High-glycemic carbs appear to play a role in developing myopia.
